The Chairman or committee member will review the request, visit the site if necessary <br />� #o clarify improvements and will present it to the Lot I mprovement Committee far their review on a <br /> weekty basis. <br /> 2.Any request which Is NQT�lled out properiy,wil!be returned to the applicant without an actian <br /> being taken. <br /> 3.After the Cammittee has recornmended approval or denial of the request, it will be presented to the Board of <br /> Directors for their appraval or deniaE Board wiil meet ance a week for the iot improvement applicatians. <br /> 4.There will be NO one day approvals ar last minute approvals. Request may take 7 to 14 days for , <br /> � appropriate review and consideration, ( if necessary)thus giving the Committee and Board member�time to <br /> review and consider the request in a tharough manner. <br /> 5,7he origina!request will be dated and signed as approved or denied,and after being copied the original wil! <br /> go into to the members file and the copy returned ta the Lot owner by the Board of Director(iaison or the <br /> _ Chairman of the committee. <br /> 6.The comrryittee will follow up on requests#o determine that the request as presented and approved is being <br /> adhered#o. <br /> '7.Any permit will be ACCEPTED FOR.APPROVAL between October 15 and March 31 of each year, <br /> however, each awner must understand and know there must be enaugh members of the Committee to <br /> review and recommend ta the Board for their approval. <br /> 8.Any changes made on a previously approved project must be resubmit#ed before beginning the <br /> changes.Amended permit will be issued at the time of approval. <br /> 9.tt is recommended#hat property owners af rrmajar improvements ar new canstruction projects <br /> reguest an appain#ment with the bt improvement committee ta review plans and answer any <br /> qaestions that may arise. - <br /> 10.All aaqlications submitted must have locations of their citv/well water shutoffs. <br /> As#he owner of�at# .:�'� , I understand the Lot tmprovement Commit#ee and/or the Board af <br /> Direetors will enter the property to fol}ow the e�ernal progress of the construciion or improvement as <br /> submitted on the Lot Impravement Request.
