Floor system will be 2 x 6 pt(pressure treated for ground contact) lumber set on 24" <br /> � centers with a deck of 3/4"pt plywood. The 2x6 joists will rest on concrete paver block <br /> and the structure will be anchored using tie down anchors that screw into the ground. <br /> 2. The walls will be 2 x 4 x 8' studs placed 16" on center. <br /> 3. The roof will be 2 x 4 rafters on a 4/12 pitch spaced 24" on center with 1/2" osb <br /> sheating, roof underlayment,ridge vent(for ventilation), and shingles in a color to blend <br /> with the facility's current roof color. Roof overhang will be approximately 10". Fascia " <br /> will be lx6 fascia with a vented soff'it using fiberglass screen as the vent. <br /> 4. The exterior walls of the building will have LP Smartside siding (8' on center grooved <br /> siding) which comes primed ready for paint. 1"x 4"Miratec trim will be installed on <br /> the corners of the building and as casing around the roll up door. The interior walls and <br /> ceiling/roof will be exposed framing. <br /> 5. One 8' (width) x 7' (height) roll up door will be installed complete with side brush <br /> sweeps and metal threshold. <br /> 6. One 12"x 12" louver vent will be installed in each gable end. <br /> 7. The owner will provide all caulking and painting of the storage building. <br /> 8. Contractor will furnish a drawing as required for permitting and will provide the <br /> building permit. <br /> I propose to provide all labor and material for the above improvements for the sum of$6,500.00. <br /> Payment is to be paid in two payments: 30%down payment and balance of 70°/a when building permit <br /> has been finalized.
