Purchaser does hereby ratify and confirtn those provisions of <br /> Paragraph 21 of the Agreement pursuant to which Purchaser has granted to Seller, and Purchaser <br /> does hereby grant to Seller, the option to repurchase any Lot in the event that Purchaser desires <br /> to sell such Lot (a)prior to its construction of a residence thereon, or (b)prior to entering into a <br /> written contract to construct a residence on such Lot for its intended purchaser(the "Third Party <br /> Buyer"). <br /> Section 3. Term of Option. Purchaser and Seller agree that the option rights described in <br /> Section 2 of this Memorandum shall immediately terminate as to each Lot without the necessity <br /> of recording a termination hereof in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida upon the <br /> issuance of building permit from Pasco County, Florida for the residence on such Lot (the <br /> "Termination Date"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Terinination Date shall be established as a <br /> matter of public record upon Purchaser's conveyance by deed of the Lot to a third party buyer. ; <br /> Section 4. Bindin�ffect.
