<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LANDS AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE
<br /> 171.044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. (JED PITTMAN PASCO COUNTY CLERK

<br /> WHEREAS, MARY P. JETER is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in
<br /> Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said MARY P. JETER, has requested and consented to the annexation by
<br /> the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of
<br /> said lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and-being situate in Pasco
<br /> County, Florida, to-wit: _
<br /> A portion of Tracts 2, 14, 19, and 30; and all of Tracts 15, 18, and 31 in ZEPHYRHILLS
<br /> COLONY COMPANY LANDS Subdivision of Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> as shown on map recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 6 in the Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northeast % of the
<br /> Northeast % of Section 3, thence along the west line thereof run S00°09'35"E., 25.00 feet to
<br /> the southerly right-of-way line of Daughter), Road, thence along said line N89°58'02"E.,
<br /> 25.00 feet to a point 10.00 feet east of the west line of Tract 2,for a Point of Beginning; thence
<br /> continue N89°58'02"E., 120.00 feet, thence S00°09'35"E., 305.27 feet to the north line of
<br /> Tract 15, thence along said line S89°58'28"E., 51Z22 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 15,
<br /> thence along the east line of Tracts 15, 18, and 31, S00°12'20"E., 991.86 feet to the-Southeast
<br /> corner of Tract 31, thence along the south line of Tracts 31 and 30,,N89°52'25"-W, 919.81
<br /> feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Fort King Highway, thet:ce along said -line
<br /> N25°26'12"W., 753.20 feet, thence continue along said line N64°33'48"E., 95.00 feet;=thence
<br /> continue along said line N25°26'12"W, 245.00 feet, thence continue along said line
<br /> N19°55'54"W., 51.22 feet to the north line of Tract 14, thence along said Line S89°58'28"E.,
<br /> 639.44 feet to a point 10.00 feet east of the Southwest corner of Tract 2, thence N00°09'35"W.,
<br /> 305.15 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 26.378 acres more or less.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills,Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and
<br /> when annexed would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the
<br /> owner of said lands contained in said area to be annexed has given written consent to have such
<br /> annexation for said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been given authority by the
<br /> legislature of the State of Florida,pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter
