<br /> WHEREAS, MARY P. JETER, being the owner of the land hereinafter Uma
<br /> described in Section 1 has requested Future Land Use Map designation of Residential �cz
<br /> Urban(RU) of the below described land; and

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills approved the annexation -o �0
<br /> of said lands within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills on March 8, 2004; and W c
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission sitting as the local planning agency, did, ••••l 'r,

<br /> pursuant to Chapter 163.3174, Florida Statutes, hold a public hearing on October 7, 2003 �.
<br /> to consider said proposed Future Land Use Map designation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills agrees to a formal
<br /> adoption of a large scale amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the
<br /> - J
<br /> Zephyrhills' Comprehensive Plan to designate the hereinafter described real property,
<br /> consistent with all comprehensive plan goals, objectives and policies which shall pertain
<br /> and be applicable to said lands; and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED. by .the. City`
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco
<br /> County,Florida, to-wit:
<br /> A portion of Tracts 2, 14, 19, and 30; and all of Tracts 15, 18, and 31 in ,
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS Subdivision of Section 3, Township 26-
<br /> South, Range 21 East, as shown on map recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 6 in the Public
<br /> Records of Pasco County, Florida described as follows: Commence at the Northwest
<br /> corner of the Northeast % of the Northeast '4 of Section 3, thence along the west line
<br /> thereof run S00°09'35"E., 25.00 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of Dgughtery
<br /> Road, thence along said line N89°58'02"E., 25.00 feet to a point 10.00 feet east of the
<br /> west line of Tract 2,for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N89°58'02"E., 120.00
<br /> feet, thence S00°09'35"E., 305.27 feet to the north line of Tract 15, thence along said
<br /> line S89°58'28"E., 51222 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 15, thence along the
