<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills agrees to a formal
<br /> adoption of a large scale amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the .
<br /> Zephyrhills' Comprehensive Plan to designate the hereinafter described real property, . 70
