<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a budget for the 2003-
<br /> 2004 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 22, 2003, by Ordinance
<br /> _ _#858-03 in the amount of Twenty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy- Seven-Thousand-Eighty-Four- -. - --
<br /> Dollars and no cents ($28,477,084.00).
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has adopted amendments to the
<br /> budget for the 2003-2004 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills with the amended
<br /> budget totaling Thirty Million Eight Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Nine
<br /> Dollars and no cents ($30,821,479.00).
<br /> WHEREAS,,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida has scheduleda Public Hearing
<br /> and timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget for the purpose ofreeeiving input
<br /> from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoption of
<br /> any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
<br /> .
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has concluded.the Public
<br /> Hearing and considered all comments.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida
<br /> sitting in regular session that:
<br /> 1. The proposed amended budget for the 2003-2004 fiscal year for the municipality of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Thirty Million Eight Hundred
<br /> Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars and no cents
<br /> ($30,821,479.00) . . -
<br /> . 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the second reading and signing by the Mayor.
<br /> The foregoing3Orlinance`Z 'o, 891-04 was read and passed on the first reading in an'open and regular
<br /> meeting ofthe`City Council ofhe City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this 28th day of June, 2004.
