N 6 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting <br /> in regular meeting that: :4 <br /> Section 1: That Chapter Eleven, (Sign Standards)-Section 11010 (Definitions) of n& <br /> -0 ,s • <br /> the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby amended to provide for additional <br /> definitions, and said additional definitions shall henceforth read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER ELEVEN-Sign Standards- <br /> SECTION 11010-Definitions <br /> Sign, electronic variable message any electric sign which displays alternating 0 s�T{ <br /> messages, either for commercial advertising, traffic control, or information. An electronic ' <br /> variable message display does not flash or animate static information. The only movement a <br /> is the changing of information against the solid colorless background. Electronic variable k ^' ? <br /> message signs are permitted in C-2, C-3, and LI zoning districts. Ie <br /> Sign,freestanding shall mean a sign that is secured to the ground, and which is not j ') <br /> affixed to a building.
