<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted a tentative budget in the R. ,-
<br /> amount of Twenty Seven Million Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight`Hundred and Fifty One i-2
<br /> Dollars and no cents ($27;919,851.00)_for the 2002-2003 budget year; and =: 140'
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has scheduled a Public Hearing and
<br /> timely advertised, according to law, a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose of receiving ,
<br /> input from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the
<br /> adoption of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing and
<br /> considered all comments.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, sitting in regular session, that: '
<br /> 1. The proposed budget for the fiscal year 2002-2003 for the municipality for the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills be adopted in the amount of Twenty Seven Million Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand
<br /> Eight Hundred and Fifty One Dollars and no cents ($27,919,851.00).
<br /> — — -2. - This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and-signing by the Mayor.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. 816-02 was read and passed on its first reading in open and n
<br /> regular meeting by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this y ' day of
