<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ENCLAVES, WHICH ARE
<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORIES TO BE INCLUDED
<br /> WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY
<br /> PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN INTERLOCAL
<br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN PASCO COUNTY AND
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE
<br /> 171.046(2)(a) LAWS OF FLORIDA.

<br /> WHEREAS, RICHARD F. BAUGNIET and SALLY R. BAUGNIET, as TRUSTEES
<br /> OF THE BAUGNIET JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST, are the present owners of the lands
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the properties described in Section 1 below created an enclave within the
<br /> incorporated boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.046(2)(a), the City of Zephyrhills and Pasco
<br /> County have entered into an interlocal agreement to annex said enclaved properties into the City
<br /> limits of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills
<br /> on the 8th day of July, A.D., 2002, and the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County on the
<br /> 15th day of October, A.D., 2002.
<br /> WHEREAS, RICHARD F. BAUGNIET and SALLY R. BAUGNIET, as TRUSTEES
<br /> OF THE BAUGNIET JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST were notified of the public hearing for
<br /> annexation by regular mail and registered mail,return receipt of the lands described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County and the City Council of
<br /> the City of Zephyrhills approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within
<br /> the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the annexation.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council ofthe City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described enclaved lands, lying and being situate in Pasco
<br /> County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel 1:
<br /> 02-26-21-0010-02600-0010
<br /> The West 136 feet of Tract 26, in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS
<br /> COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55,Public
<br /> Records of Pasco County, Florida. LESS the North 165 feet of the West 112.00 feet thereof.
