WHEREAS, THE ESTATE OF LELAND F. DANHAUSEN was notified of the public hearing for annexation by regular mail and registered mail, return receipt of the lands described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County and the City'Council of the City of Zephyrhills approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the annexation: NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the,City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described enclaved lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: 10-26-21-0010-06400-0040 The West 161 feet of the South 104 feet of Tract 64, in Section 10, Township 26 South, Range 21 East,as per plat thereof ofZEPHYRH{LLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, recorded'in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of-the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
