BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN PASCO COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.046(2)(a) LAWS OF FLORIDA. LINVILLE, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, the properties described in Section 1 below created an enclave within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.046(2)(a), the City of Zephyrhills and Pasco County have entered into an interlocal agreement to annex said enclaved properties into the City limits of the City of Zephyrhills, WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills on the 8th day of July, A.D., 2002, and the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County on the 15th day of October, A.D., 2002. WHEREAS, LOIS R. LINVILLE was notified of the public hearing for annexation by regular mail and registered mail, return receipt of the lands described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County and the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the annexation. NOW ATHEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described enclaved lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: 02-26-21-0010-05500-0020 The East 1/4 of Tracts 55 and 58 of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY, lying in Section 2 , Township 26 South,Range 21 East, and recorded in Plat Book 1, page.55, Public Records ofPasco County. 02-26-21-0010-05900-0010 - The East 175.00 feet of the West 340.00 feet of the South 250.00'_feet. of Tract 59 of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY, lying in Section 2 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East, and recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County.
