OR 13K 1..73 pc 976 6 of a SECTION 11: That the following described lands,lying and being situate in Pasco County, to-wit; 10-26-21-0010-06400-0090(Tadlock) That portion of Tract 64,ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section 10, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County,Florida,being described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of Tract 64, run North 110 feet along the East line of said Tract 64 for a Point of Beginning; thence run West 147.59 feet parallel with the South line of said Tract 64; thence North 40.25 feet parallel with the East line of said Tract 64; thence Southeasterly 147.61 feet to a point on the East line of said Tract 64; said point lying 35.75 feet North of the Point of Beginning; thence South 35.75 feet along the East line of said Tract 64 to the Point of Beginning. SECTION 12: That the following described lands,lying and being situate in Pasco County, to-wit; 10-26-21-0010-06400-0080(Wallner) From the SE corner of Tract 64 as a Point of Beginning, run thence Westerly along the South line of Tract 64, a distance of 146.65 feet; thence run Northerly parallel to the East line of Tract 64, a distance of 110 feet, thence run Easterly parallel to the South line of Tract 64 a distance of 146.65 feet, thence run South 110 feet to the Point of Beginning, being in Section 10, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. SECTION 13:That said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said city, and when annexed,would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of the City of Zephyrhills. That pursuant to an interlocal agreement entered into with Pasco County, Florida, said lands are being annexed within the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, as they are properties that have created an enclave and the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills does hereby approve the annexation for said annexation duly expressed by Ordinance. SECTION 14: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,has been given authority by legislature of the State of Florida under Chapter 69-139, Laws of Florida, 1969, to zone territorial boundaries with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills of said zoning duly expressed by Ordinance. SECTION 15: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills is of the opinion that the mixed use Future Land Use designation, for the properties described in Sections 2, 4, 5, 6 and 10 would promote the general welfare and encourage proper development within the City. SECTION 16: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills is of the opinion that the residential urban Future Land Use designation, for the properties described in Sections 1, 3, 7, 8, 11 and 12 would promote the general welfare and encourage proper development within the City. SECTION 17: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills is of the opinion that the residential suburban Future Land Use designation, for the properties described in Section 9 would promote the general welfare and encourage proper development within the City.
