OR 13K 1..73 pc 976 <br /> 6 of a <br /> SECTION 11: That the following described lands,lying and being situate in Pasco <br /> County, to-wit; <br /> 10-26-21-0010-06400-0090(Tadlock) <br /> That portion of Tract 64,ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section 10, <br /> Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, <br /> Public Records of Pasco County,Florida,being described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> SE corner of Tract 64, run North 110 feet along the East line of said Tract 64 for a Point <br /> of Beginning; thence run West 147.59 feet parallel with the South line of said Tract 64; <br /> thence North 40.25 feet parallel with the East line of said Tract 64; thence Southeasterly <br /> 147.61 feet to a point on the East line of said Tract 64; said point lying 35.75 feet North <br /> of the Point of Beginning; thence South 35.75 feet along the East line of said Tract 64 to <br /> the Point of Beginning. <br /> SECTION 12: That the following described lands,lying and being situate in Pasco <br /> County, to-wit; <br /> 10-26-21-0010-06400-0080(Wallner) <br /> From the SE corner of Tract 64 as a Point of Beginning, run thence Westerly along the <br /> South line of Tract 64, a distance of 146.65 feet; thence run Northerly parallel to the East <br /> line of Tract 64, a distance of 110 feet, thence run Easterly parallel to the South line of <br /> Tract 64 a distance of 146.65 feet, thence run South 110 feet to the Point of Beginning, <br /> being in Section 10, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY <br /> COMPANY LANDS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records <br /> of Pasco County, Florida. <br /> SECTION 13:That said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said <br /> city, and when annexed,would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills. That pursuant to an interlocal agreement entered into with Pasco <br /> County, Florida, said lands are being annexed within the corporate boundaries of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills, as they are properties that have created an enclave and the City Council of <br /> the City of Zephyrhills does hereby approve the annexation for said annexation duly <br /> expressed by Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 14: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,has been <br /> given authority by legislature of the State of Florida under Chapter 69-139, Laws of <br /> Florida, 1969, to zone territorial boundaries with the approval of the City Council of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills of said zoning duly expressed by Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 15: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills is of the opinion <br /> that the mixed use Future Land Use designation, for the properties described in Sections <br /> 2, 4, 5, 6 and 10 would promote the general welfare and encourage proper development <br /> within the City. <br /> SECTION 16: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills is of the opinion <br /> that the residential urban Future Land Use designation, for the properties described in <br /> Sections 1, 3, 7, 8, 11 and 12 would promote the general welfare and encourage proper <br /> development within the City. <br /> SECTION 17: That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills is of the opinion <br /> that the residential suburban Future Land Use designation, for the properties described in <br /> Section 9 would promote the general welfare and encourage proper development within <br /> the City. <br />
