<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN TICE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF

<br /> WHEREAS, TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER PARTNERSHIP is the present
<br /> owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said TOWNVIEW MEDICAL ARTS CENTER PARTNERSHIP, has
<br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described
<br /> in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> A Tract of land lying in a portion of the South 1/2 of Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> Pasco County, Florida: Being further described as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot
<br /> 19, Oak Run Subdivision,Phase I, as per the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 128
<br /> and 129, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida;thence along the Northerly and Westerly boundary
<br /> of Lots 19 through 28 of said subdivision the following six courses:
