<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF

<br /> WHEREAS, TRAVIS D. CREWS and JAMIE R. CREWS are the present owners of the o m
<br /> lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said TRAVIS D. CREWS and JAMIE R. CREWS, have requested and
<br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1,

<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said ��

<br /> Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section•19; thence along the South
<br /> Boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 19, South 89° 47' 48" East, a distance of
<br /> 528.83 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 00° 42' 16" East, a distance of 661.37 feet
<br /> to the Southerly right-of-way line of the Zephyrhills By-Pass East as described in Official
<br /> Record 1824, page 1239 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence along the
<br /> Southerly right-of-way line of said Zephyrhills By-Pass East the following-two courses and
<br /> distances; North 88° 25' 06" E., 49.07 feet; thence 368.42 feet along the arc of a curve to the
<br /> left,to the West boundary line of parcel 119.2 of the Zephyrhills By-Pass East as described in
<br /> Official Record Book 1864, Page 1047, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, said
<br /> curve having a radius of 2924.79 feet; a central angle of 07° 13' 02" and a chord of 368.18 feet
<br /> which bears North 84° 48' 35" East; thence along the West boundary line of said parcel 119.2,
<br /> South 08° 47' 56" East,a distance of 370.00 feet; thence a distance of 106.88 feet along the arc
<br /> of a curve to the left to the Westerly boundary line of the Government Canal owned by the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills as shown on the boundary survey(work order.No.: 5532zh),prepared by
<br /> C. Fred Deuel and Associates, Inc., dated November 25, 1986, said curve having a radius of
<br /> 3294.79 feet, a central angle of 01° 51' 31" and a chord of 106.87.feet which bears North 80°
<br /> 16' 18" East,thence along the Westerly boundary line of said Government Canal, South 01°
<br /> 09' O0" West, a dis:aria:,e of 350.52 feet to the South boundary line of the Northwesi 114 of said
<br /> Section 19; thence along the South boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 19;
