<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A
<br /> MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING THE
<br /> LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, IN ITS ENTIRETY; AND
<br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No.: 519, Chapter 150.01 of the Code of Ordinances had
<br /> adopted by reference the Zephyrhills Land Development Code,and all future amendments
<br /> thereto, and _
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes the Planning
<br /> Commission has been designated as the Land Development Commission and has
<br /> recommended to the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills that the existing Zephyrhills
<br /> Land Development Code, and any amendments thereto, be amended in it's entirety and
<br /> replaced with the document attached hereto, dated January-13, 2003 and:titled tlity of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Florida Land Development Code, Prepared by Department of Urban and
<br /> Regional Planning-University of Florida", and

<br /> Urban and Regional Planning, University of Florida, dated January 13, 2003; and

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has determined
<br /> it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida that the existing III 719.
<br /> Zephyrhills Land Development Code, and any amendments thereto, be amended in its is ®m

<br /> entirety and replaced with the document attached hereto,dated January 13,2003 and titled .
<br /> "City of Zephyrhills,Florida Land Development Code,Prepared by Department of Urban
<br /> and Regional Planning-University of Florida".
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, sitting
<br /> in regular meeting that:
<br /> Section 1: The Zephyrhills Land Development Code, adopted pursuant to
<br /> Ordinance No.: 519, and any amendments thereto is hereby amended in its entirety and
<br /> shall be replaced with the document attached hereto, dated January 13, 2003, titled "City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida Land Development Code, Prepared by Department of Urban and
<br /> Regional Planning-University of Florida", and said document shall henceforth be adopted
<br /> as the City of Zephyrhills, Florida Land Development Code and by reference be
<br /> incorporated hereto.
<br /> Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section,
<br /> sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or
<br /> ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
<br /> Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have
<br /> passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or
