<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH

<br /> WHEREAS,WAL-MART STORES EAST,INC.,is the present owner in fee of the lands
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said WAL-MART STORES EAST, INC., has applied for rezoning of said
<br /> parcels from County AR(Agricultural/Residential)to City C2 (Community Commercial)..
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's
<br /> application for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City,Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills,Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate ill`Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel ID#34-25-21-01110-00A00-0000
<br /> Tracts 31, 33, 34, 47,48, 50 and 63, a portion of Tracts 30, 32, 35,46, and 51, and a portion of the
<br /> vacated right-of-way of Greenslope Drive, Section 34, Zephyrhills Colony Company,Plat Book 1,
<br /> Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, less the right-of-way for U.S. 301 Greenslope
<br /> Drive and Pretty Pond Road, and Less the East 124.50 feet of aforesaid Tracts 50 and 63, lying in
<br /> the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, and being more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 25 South,Range
<br /> 21 East;thence run S., 89° 59' 54" W.,along the South line of the Northeast 1/4 of aforesaid Section

<br /> North 15° 59' 31" W., along aforesaid East right-of-way line, a distance of 312.06 feet; thence run

<br /> bearing of S., 00° 47' 59" E.; thence departing said North line, run Southeasterly along arc of said
<br /> curve, through a central angel of 00° 38' 42", a distance of 431.19 feet to the point of tangency;
<br /> thence run S., 01° 07'20" E., along the West line of said right-of-way, a distance of 464.23 feet to
<br /> the South line of aforesaid Tract 48;thence departing aforesaid right-of-way;run North 89° 59'24"
