<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, •
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST'--,OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND, IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE

<br /> WHEREAS, OAKLEY GROVES,INC., a Florida Corporation, is the present owner in
<br /> fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said OAKLEY GROVES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, has
<br /> applied for rezoning of said parcel from County AR (Agricultural/Residential) to City C2
<br /> (Community Commercial).
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's
<br /> • application for rezoning, and ._
<br /> •
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> •
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, i --
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Tracts 1, 2, 15, and 16, of Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, in Section 34, Township 25 South,
<br /> Range 21 East. According to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55,Public Records of
<br /> r a;;co i bil i , i fi3nda: Less ri iit-of-Jay for public i'oaas.. The cieswilied parcel is
<br /> approximately 16:84 acres.
<br /> • be,and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City
<br /> C2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. 845-03 was read and passed on its first reading in open and
