<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, adopted a budget for the w o N
<br /> fiscal year 2002-2003 for the municipality for the City of Zephyrhills on September 23, 2002, by °D
<br /> Ordinance No.: 8161-02,in the amount of Twenty Seven Million Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand P

<br /> Eight Hundred and Fifty One Dollars and no cents ($27,919,851.00).

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted amendments to the Vet a•
<br /> budget for the fiscal year 2002-2003 for the municipality for the City of Zephyrhills with the
<br /> amended budget totalling Thirty Million Four Hundred Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty
<br /> Seven Dollars'and no cents ($30,451,967.00).
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has scheduled a Public Hearing and
<br /> timely advertised, according to law, a Public Hearing on the budget for the purpose of receiving ocsf—
<br /> input from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the co wM
<br /> •
<br /> adoption of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing 4:21'."?

<br /> 1. The proposed amended budget for the fiscal year 2002-2003 for the municipality for 421-"No
<br /> the City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Thirty Million Four Hundred Fifty One riii
<br /> Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Seven Dollars and no cents ($30,451,967.00).
<br /> 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and signing by the
<br /> Mayor.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. 848-03 was read and passed on its first reading by the City
