PASCO COUNTY CLERK <br /> ORDINANCE NO.: 849-03 48606a ORBK08/20/035m 1 of 37 <br /> PG 1936 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF = <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL <br /> CORPORATION,REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.: <br /> 796-02 AND ENACTING NEW MINIMUM <br /> STANDARDS FOR COMMERCIAL <br /> AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; <br /> PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills, Florida as follows: <br /> 1. That Ordinance No.: 796-02 shall be repealed:and new minimum <br /> standards for the City of Zephyrhills Municipal Airport shall be incorporated herein. <br /> 2. That the City of Zephyrhills,as sponsor of the Zephyrhills'Municipal <br /> Airport, does herein enact Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical <br /> Activities at the Zephyrhills'Municipal Airport,City of Zephyrhills,Florida. A copy <br /> of the Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities at the <br /> Zephyrhills' Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida is attached hereto, <br /> marked as Composite Exhibit"A", and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 3, That the enactment of Composite Exhibit "A" has been approved by the <br /> Zephyrhills'Airport Municipal Advisory Board. <br /> 4. That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has determined that <br /> it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills that the Minimum <br /> Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities at the Zephyrhills' Municipal <br /> Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida be enacted, as well as for users, tenants and <br /> lessees of the Zephyrhills' Municipal Airport. <br /> 5. That should any portion of the Minimum Standards for Commercial <br /> Aeronautical Activities at the Zephyrhills' Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, <br /> Florida be declared unconstitutional, illegal, or contrary to the laws of the State of <br /> Florida, then and in that event, that portion should be severed from the balance of <br /> Composite Exhibit"A",and the remaining portions thereof shall remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> 6.
