OR BK 5498 PG 1944 <br /> 9 of 37 <br /> Renter—A person or organization that holds, or has the use of, property by payment of rent as <br /> established in a Rental Agreement for an unspecified period of time. Renter shall not hold <br /> interest, ownership or maintenance responsibilities of the said property and/or facilities. Renter <br /> shall not be held liable for lease related requirements such as tax assessments, insurance, etc. <br /> Any renter performing commercial aeronautic activity shall obtain approval of its status from the <br /> Airport Advisory Board. Any such renter shall, within sixty (60) days, of approval by the Airport <br /> Advisory Board, provide to that Board all of the requirements contained in Lease Application <br /> Process and Proposal Requirements found in the Minimum Standards for Commercial <br /> Aeronautical Activities of the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport. <br /> Sub-Lessee —A third party holding a contract for a specified period of time with a Lessee on the <br /> Zephyrhills Municipal Airport. Said sub-lease shall be approved by the City of Zephyrhills and <br /> the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport. Sub-Lessee is solely responsible to and enjoys the same rights <br /> and responsibilities as the Lessee of said property as stipulated in the sub-lease contract. <br />
