<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has timely advised the Pasco County i w
<br /> Property,Appraiser's Office that it proposed to levy a millage rate of 6.42 mills, which is more than p.o
<br /> the roiled back rate computed pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065(1) by 5.949%; and a p 8
<br /> WHEREAS, the City.Council of the City of Zephyrhills did on September 8, 2003, conduct '1sm
<br /> a Public Hearing and a second Public Hearing on September 22, 2003, and following the second \ 1,
<br /> i x
<br /> Public Hearing, did adopt a tentative budget of Twenty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy-Seven
<br /> Thousand Eighty-Four Dollars and no cents, ($28,477,084.00) and a proposed millage of 6.42 mils;
<br /> and corn
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills did advertise on September 19th, :6-'13
<br /> 2003, its intent to adopt a final budget and millage rate during a public Hearing held September 22, ��
<br /> 2003; and

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, did after receiving input ; 0l1

<br /> from the general public, adopt a final budget of Twenty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy-Seven -:o

<br /> Thousand Eighty-Four Dollars and no cents, ($28,477,084.00). F—k

<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, 63 m
<br /> Florida, sitting in regular session that: x
<br /> 1. The millage rate to be levied for ad valorem taxes within the municipality of the City
<br /> ofZephyrhills for the 2003-2004 fiscal year shall be 6.42 mills,said rate being 5.949%
<br /> more than the rolled back rate computed pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065(1).
<br /> 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and signing by the Mayor.
