<br /> WHEREAS,KEITH P.CORREIA and MICHAEL P.CORREIA,are the present owners . 3 0
<br /> of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1-Parcel 1(a), and c ~o
<br /> WHEREAS,said KEITH P. CORREIA and MICHAEL P.CORREIA,have requested IOo 1
<br /> and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1 O c
<br /> —Parcel 1(a), and
<br /> WHEREAS, DONNA D. DOUGLAS, is the present owners of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1-Parcel 1(b), and
<br /> WHEREAS,said DONNA D.DOUGLAS,have requested and consented to the annexation
<br /> by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1 —Parcel 1(b), and
<br /> WHEREAS, KEVIN L. RYMAN and TAMMY L. RYMAN, his wife, are the present
<br /> owners of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1-Parcel 1(c), and
<br /> WHEREAS,said KEVIN L.RYMAN and TAMMY L.RYMAN,his wife,have requested
<br /> and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1

<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands,lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida,to-wit:

<br /> Tract 27 ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS (ZHCCL) in Section 2,-Township 26
<br /> South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida LESS the North 141.00 feet of the West 346.00 feet of said Tract 27,LESS the West 15.00
<br /> feet of said Tract 27 LESS the North 141.00 feet thereof as Right Of Way for Dairy Road, and
<br /> LESS the North 15.00 feet of said Tract 27 LESS the West 346.00 feet thereof as Rightof Wayfor
<br /> Bounty Lane(formerly Hart Lane). Said parcel contains 3.696 acres,more or less.Parcell.D.#:
