, ORDINANCE NO.: 785-01 -=-__ cs AN ORDINANCE OF THE ,CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, -= LEVYING MILLAGE RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR -_ 2001-2002 FOR THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS. __ WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has timely advised the Pasco County - _, Property Appraiser's Office that it proposed to levy a millage rate of 6.42 mills, which is more than the rolled back rate computed pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (1)by 6.15% and WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills did on September 17, 2001, conduct (,_ a m a Public Hearing and following said Public Hearing, did adopt a tentative budget of$24,874,530.00 C; a proposed millage of 6.42 mils; and `-' u tiV .1 i WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills did advertise on September 21, 2001 its intent to adopt a final budget and millage rate during a Public Hearing held September 24, 2001; 77.1 ter..: --#CI and u•G WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills did, after receiving input from the o m general public, adopt a final budget of$24,874,530.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, r Florida, sitting in regular session, that: 1. The millage rate to be levied for ad valorem taxes within the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills for the 2001-2002 fiscal year shall be 6.42 mills, said rate being 6.15% more than the ` rolled back rate computed pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (1). c., s 2.
