ORDINANCE NO. 786-01 ,R; : <br /> - <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF c -__ <br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, <br /> ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 2001-2002rr7 <br /> FISCAL YEAR. . <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted a tentative budget in the w== <br /> amount of Twenty Four Million Eight.Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty <br /> Dollars and no cents ($24,874,530.00); and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has scheduled a Public Hearing and <br /> timely advertised, according to law, a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose of receiving i 0; <br /> r v,n <br /> input from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the ' 077 <br /> adoption of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and N <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing and .:D <br /> considered all comments. s <br /> .r n <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, <br /> Florida, sitting in regular session, that: c 0- <br /> 1.
