<br /> WHEREAS, THOMAS W. VANATER, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter ,is
<br /> described in Section 1, and

<br /> WHEREAS, said THOMAS W.VANATER,has requested and consented to the annexation

<br /> by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City I 3
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: Zi,-
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, , :-_

<br /> The East 438.40 feet of the West 468.40 feet of Tract 1, ZhPHYF.HII.,LS COLONY/COMPANY
<br /> LANDS, in Section 3, Township 26 South,Range 21 East, as recorded in.Plat Book 2, page_6, Public 1-649,17(
<br /> Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS the South 100.00 feet thereof, and SUBJECT to right-of- Q1`,m
<br /> I way for Daughtery Road, AND LESS the North 5.00 feet of the following described lands: The East I r
<br /> 400.00 feet of the East 438.40 feet of the West 468.40 feet of Tract 1, ZEPHYFHILLS COLONY
<br /> COMPANY LANDS, in Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Pat Book
<br /> 2, page 6, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS the South 100.00-feet thereof, and
<br /> SUBJECT TO right of way for Daughtery Road. Parcel No.: 03-26-21-0010-00100-0010
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands arenow unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
<br /> annexed,together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation
<br /> duly expressed by Ordinance.
<br /> SECTION4: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
<br /> to annex the above-described lands to said City within its territorial limits and the boundary lines of
<br /> said City are hereby redefined and extended so as to include said area of land within its territorial
<br /> Record and Return to: a
<br /> City Clerk's Office .
