<br /> WLAWITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF

<br /> WHEREAS, CORREIA FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST is the present owner of the ., ,
<br /> lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said CORREIA FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST, has requested and T
<br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein.described In Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lat ds and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City, z-- ^

<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate inPasco County, M-7
<br /> Florida, to-wit: _
<br /> r:
<br /> The South 1/2 of Tract 96, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, in Section 3,
<br /> Township 26 South, Range 21 East, lying East of the right-of-way of US Highway 301, Pasco o K.
<br /> County, Florida, TOGETHER with that portion of the vacated ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY "',_
<br /> COMPANY LANDS right-of-way lying East of the above described parcel: TOGETHER with that -'R;
<br /> portion of the vacated Seaboard Coastline Railroad right-of-way recorded in O.R. Book:3430, page
<br /> 773, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and described as follows: Commence`,at the NE
<br /> corner of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of said Section 3;thence along North line of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 S., 88° 50'
<br /> 15" W., 169.19 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue S. 88° 50' 15" W., 63.80 feet to the
<br /> Southeasterly right-of-way line of US Highway No.: 301; thence along said Southeasterly:right-of-
<br /> way line N. 23° 10' 15"E., 75.79 feet to said Northeasterly Railroad right-of-way line; thence along
<br /> said Northeasterly Railroad right-of-way line, S., 26° 24' 45" E., 76.35 feet to Point of Beginning.

<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said _
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
<br /> annexed,together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation
<br /> duly expressed by Ordinance.
