' <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN FFECTIVE DATE. -`'--' <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT O AIMED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills that the City of Council of the City of Zephyrhills: <br /> 1. That the City of Zephyrhills, as sponsor of the Zephyrhills' Municipal <br /> Airport, does herein enact Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical <br /> Activities at the Zephyrhills'Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida. A copy <br /> of the Minimum Standards for Commerciali Aeronautical Activities at the Zephyrhills' <br /> Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida is attached hereto, marked as <br /> Composite Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. That the enactment of Composite Exhibit "A" has been approved by <br /> the Zephyrhills' Airport Municipal Advisoryi Board. <br /> 3.' That the City Council olj the City of Zephyrhills has determined that <br /> it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills that the Minimum <br /> Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities at the Zephyrhills' Municipal <br /> Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida be enacted, as well as for users, tenants and <br /> lessees of the Zephyrhills'Municipal Airport. <br /> 4. That should any portion of the Minimum Standards for Commercial <br /> Aeronautical Activities at the Zephyrhi lls' Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, <br /> Florida be declared unconstitutional; illegal, or contrary to the laws of the State of <br /> Florida, then and in that event, that portion should be severed from the balance of <br /> Composite Exhibit "A", and the remaining portions thereof shall remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> 5.
