That the City of Zephyrhills, as sponsor of the Zephyrhills' Municipal <br /> Airport, does herein enact Rules and Regulations at the Zephyrhills' Municipal <br /> Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida. A copy of the Rules and Regulations for the <br /> Zephyrhills'Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills,Florida, is attached hereto, marked <br /> as Composite Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. That the enactment of Composite Exhibit "A" has been approved by <br /> the Zephyrhills' Airport Municipal Advisory Board. <br /> 3. That the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has determined that <br /> it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills that the Rules and <br /> Regulation at the Zephyrhills' Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida be <br /> enacted;as well as for users,tenants and lessees of the Zephyrhills'Municipal Airport. <br /> 4. That should portion any of the Rules and Regulations at the <br /> Zephyrhills' Municipal Airport, City of Zephyrhills, Florida be declared <br /> unconstitutional, illegal, or contrary to the laws of the State of Florida, then and in <br /> that event,that portion should be severed from the balance of Composite Exhibit "A", <br /> and the remaining portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> • <br /> 5.
