It also includes services performed on the airport by individuals <br /> or companies,which may or may not have a lease or permit from the sponsor to <br /> perform such services. <br /> "TRANSIENT AIRCRAFT" shall mean an aircraft not using the Airport <br /> as its permanent base of operations. <br /> "ULTRALIGHT VEHICLES" shall mean a Vehicle that is used or intended to <br /> be used for manned operation in the air by a single occupant; is used or intended to <br /> be used for recreation or sport purposes only; does not have any U.S. or foreign <br /> airworthiness certificate;and if unpowered,weighs less than 155 pounds;or if <br /> powered: weighs less than 254 pounds empty weight,excluding floats and safety <br /> devices which are intended for deployment in a potentially catastrophic situation; <br /> has a fuel capacity not exceeding five U.S. gallons;is not capable of more than 55 <br /> knots calibrated airspeed at full power in level flight; and has a power off stall <br /> speed which does not exceed 24 knots calibrated air speed, or as otherwise defined <br /> by Federal Aviation Regulations Part 103. <br /> "UNICOM FREQUENCEY" shall mean the common UNICOM Frequency <br /> assigned to Zephyrhills Municipal Airport of 122.8. <br /> "VEHICLE" shall mean a device in,upon,or by which a person or <br /> property may be propelled,moved, or drawn,including a device moved by <br /> human or animal power, except aircraft or devices moved exclusively upon <br /> stationary rails or tracks. <br /> 1.02 Words relating to aeronautical practices,processes,and equipment shall be construed <br /> according to their general usage in the aviation industry.
