MAXIMUM SPEED. <br /> No person shall drive a Vehicle on the streets and other vehicular traffic areas on <br /> the Airport, including parking areas in excess of the speed limits indicated on signs <br /> posted and maintained by the City. In areas in which signs are not posted,the <br /> speed limit shall be 25 miles per hour. <br /> 6.05 VEHICLE OPERATIONS WITHIN AIR OPERATIONS AREA: <br /> a. LICENSING AND REGISTRATION <br /> 1. No person shall operate motorized ground equipment of any kind on the <br /> Airport without a valid Florida Operator's License. <br /> 2. No person shall operate any motor vehicle in the Air Operations Area <br /> without having first registered the same with the Airport Manager and <br /> obtained a permit and airfield safety briefing for the operation of such <br /> equipment. Such permit shall be issued upon terms,as may be prescribed <br /> by the Airport Manager, City Ordinance, and FAA and State requirements <br /> and be displayed on the vehicle at all times. <br /> b. RULES OF OPERATION <br /> 1. No person shall operate a motor vehicle of any kind on the airport in a <br /> reckless manner,or in excess of the speed limits prescribed by the Airport <br /> Manager. Speed limits shall not exceed 15 mph on ramp, apron,in aircraft <br /> parking or hangar areas. <br /> 2. Pedestrians and aircraft shall at all times have right of way over vehicular <br /> traffic. All vehicles shall pass to the rear of taxiing aircraft and shall pass <br /> no nearer than 20 feet horizontal distance from any wing or tail section of a <br /> parked aircraft. <br /> 3. No persons operating a motor vehicle on the airport shall fail to give proper <br /> signals, or fail to observe the directions of posted traffic signs. <br /> 4. No person under the influence of intoxicating liquor,narcotic or dangerous <br /> drugs shall operate a motor vehicle or aircraft on the Airport. <br /> 5. No person shall operate any motor vehicle on the airport overloaded or <br /> carrying more passengers than that for which the vehicle was designed.No <br /> Aimnrts+USA, Inc.
