<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE ==-
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF
<br /> FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT STEPHENS and JOYCE STEPHENS, his wife, are the present
<br /> owners of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1-Parcel 1(a), and `51 o

<br /> WHEREAS, said ROBERT STEPHENS and JOYCE STEPHENS, his wife, have 6`�

<br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described w

<br /> WHEREAS, AUBRA R. BAILEY, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described

<br /> WHEREAS, said AUBRA R. BAILEY, has requested and consented to the annexation by

<br /> WHEREAS, SUNRISE RIGGING INTERNATIONAL, INC. a Florida corporation, is
<br /> the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1-Parcel 1(c), and
<br /> WHEREAS, said SUNRISE RIGGING LNTERNATIONAL, INC., a Florida 0:1
<br /> corporation, has requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel 1.(a)
<br /> That portion of Tract 49, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, Section 3, Township 26
<br /> South, Range 21 East as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, that lies West of the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. 301, as it presently exists. LESS the
<br /> North 100.00 feet of the East 200.00 feet thereof Parcel No.: 03-26-21-0010-04900-0010-
<br /> Containing 4.09 acres more or less
<br /> Parcel 1.(b)
<br /> That portion of the South 145.00 feet of the West 100.00 feet of Tract 64, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY
<br /> COMPANY LANDS, in Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
