<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID 4=A

<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF
<br /> FLORIDA.

<br /> WHEREAS, the CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, a Florida municipal corporation, is the
<br /> present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and U
<br /> WHEREAS, said CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, a Florida municipal corporation, has
<br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel No.: 34-25-21-0000-39900-0030
<br /> Begin at the Northwest corner of SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE, a condominium, as recorued in Piat
<br /> Book 13, Pages 59 and 60, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence S., 00° 06' 42" W.,
<br /> along the West boundary thereof, a distance of 1299.56 feet as field measured (1299.99 feet per
<br /> record plat)to a Point on the North right-of-way line of Daughtery Road; thence N., 89° 57' 52" W.,
<br /> along said right-of-way line a distance of 80.00 feet; thence departing said right-of-way line N., 00°
<br /> 06'42" E., a distance of 1299.54 feet to a point on the Westerly extension of the North boundary of
<br /> said SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE; thence South 89° 58' 40" E., a distance of 80.00 feet to the
<br /> Point of Beginning. Containing 2.39 acres more or less.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
<br /> lands contain d in said ar::a to he annexed have given consew to have such annexation for said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
<br /> annexed, together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation
<br /> duly expressed by Ordinance.
<br /> "r; SECTION 4: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
<br /> to annex the above-described lands to said City within its territorial limits and the boundary lines of
<br /> Record and Return to:
