<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A
<br /> MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING
<br /> CHAPTER 1 (DEFINITIONS), SECTION 1010
<br /> (DEFINITION OF TERMS) OF THE LAND
<br /> DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, IN ITS ENTIRETY;
<br /> AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting
<br /> in regular meeting that:
<br /> Section 1: That Chapter One, (Definitions), Section 1010 (Definition of Terms)-of
<br /> the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is deleted in its entirety and shall henceforth read

<br /> DEFINITIONS FOR ZONING, DEVELOPMENT,AND PLANNING TERMS
<br /> Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section,
<br /> 111 sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or
<br /> ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
<br /> Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have
<br /> passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or
<br /> portions.
<br /> Section 3:•,;This'"Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
