<br /> , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, STUART JON KAUFMAN, is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said STUART JON KAUFMAN, has applied for rezoning of said parcel from
<br /> County C-2 (General Commercial) to City C-2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Lot 1, LITTLE ACRES, as recorded in Plat Book 5,page 132, Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, as amended per the summary final judgment recorded in Official Record Book 298,pages
<br /> 569 thru 663 inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> Parcel No.: 03-26-21-0020-00000-0010
<br /> be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be
<br /> ' C-2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
<br /> The.foregoing Ordinance No. TA 7 was read and passed on its first reading in open
