Application for Economic Development Incentives. <br /> The City Council of the City of Zephyrhills hereby authorizes the <br /> Zephyrhills Economic Development Committee to administer the economic <br /> development incentive process with the following stipulations: <br /> A. Applications to the process are required and the information <br /> gathered through the application will consist of, but not be limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> Company profile and background; <br /> Function of the firm; <br /> Location of the project; <br /> Total acreage of site; <br /> Approximate size, square footage (enclosed under-roof building <br /> structure); <br /> Site acquisition(purchased or leased);Employment Size; <br /> Total number of full-time employees; <br /> Number of full-time employees transferred to the area;Number of <br /> new full-time employees; <br /> Estimated number of current City of Zephyrhills residents to be <br /> employed full-time; <br /> Percent of full-time unskilled workers; <br /> Percent of full-time skilled workers; <br /> Percentage of full-time professional workers; <br /> Percentage of employee health insurance paid by employer; <br /> Average wages of unskilled workers; <br /> Average wages of skilled workers; <br /> Average wages of professional workers; <br /> Requirements of special utility, police, or fire protection services; <br /> Estimated City utilities usage; <br /> Estimated City impact fees; <br /> Disclosure of environmental impacts. <br />
