<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE

<br /> . WHEREAS,LARRY A.BURNETTE and DORIS BURNETTE,his wife, are the present
<br /> owners of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said LARRY A. BURNETTE and DORIS BURNETTE, his wife, has
<br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described
<br /> in Section 1(a), and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the annexation of the property
<br /> described in Section 1(b)within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> WHEREAS, it has come to the City Council's attention that Ordinance Number inadvertently
<br /> omitted the property described in Section 1(a) as same was intended, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested that the City of Zephyrhills include the property
<br /> described in Section 1(a) in the annexation,

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by die City Council:of the City
<br /> ,
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: -
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in'Pasco County,
<br /> • Florida, to-wit:
<br /> a. The East 124.5 feet of Tracts 34 and 47, Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21
<br /> East, as per plat of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS recorded in Plat Book 1,page
<br /> 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> b. Tracts 33 and 48, less the Right;of-Way for public roads, of Section 34, Township
<br /> 25 South, Range 21 East, as per plat of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS recorded in
<br /> Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

<br /> Containing 10.23 Acres -
<br /> . be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
