Jerry H.Moates,Sr. and Lisa L. Moates, his wife and Jerry H. Moates, Jr., and Linda <br /> L. Moates, his wife, which parcel contains approximately 5.90 acres and is located on the East side <br /> of 16th Street and North of Daughtery Road. Previous Land Use: City Residential. <br /> WHEREAS,the City also is amending all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to exclude, said <br /> deannexed property; <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances No': 741-00 , the above-referenced real <br /> property was excluded from the municipal boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real property being <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> Tract 111, LESS the North 200.00 feet and the East 15.00 feet; and Tract 114, LESS the South <br /> 60.00 feet and LESS the East 15.00 feet of the North 75.00 feet, in Section 35, Towiiship 25 South, <br /> Range 21 East,ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per plat recorded in Plat Book <br /> 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Containing 5.90 acres MOL. <br /> Parcel No.: 35-25-21-0010-11100-0010 and 35-25-21-0010-11400-0000 <br /> WHEREAS,the Zephyrhills City Council has requested the Zephyrhills Planning Commission, <br /> as the local planning agency of the City, to recommend exclusion of this property from the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS; based on the recommendation of the Planning Commissicato the Zephyrhills <br /> City Council, said Council has prepared a small scale amendment co the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> and is hereby transmitting it to the Department of Community Affairs,andsuch other agencies as <br /> required by Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes; and <br /> HEREAS,the City Council of'the City of Zephyrhills desires to thereby formally adopt the <br /> small scale amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: <br /> SECTION I: The following small scale amendment to the Comprehensive Plan of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills is hereby proposed: <br /> Record and Return to: <br /> City Clerk's Office °c, <br /> 5335 8th Street <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 {` <br />
