Burnette Property, which tract contains approximately 10.23 acres and is located on the <br /> west side of U.S. Highway 301 immediately north of the Rainbow Mobile Home Park., <br /> 2. Oakley Groves, Inc.,Property,which tract contains approximately 19 acres and is located <br /> at the southwest corner of the intersection of U.S. Highway 301 and Kossik Road; <br /> 3. Gall Property, which tract contains approximately 15 acres and is located on the east side <br /> of Greenslope Drive and north of Pretty Pond Road. <br /> WHEREAS,the City is amending all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to include, show, and <br /> depict said annexed properties; providing that all goals, objections, policies, and other planning <br /> provisions applicable to properties in the Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be applicable to the <br /> annexed properties; providing that invalidity of said portion shall not affect the remaining portions <br /> of this Ordinance; and providing for an effective date, and <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 724 and 725, respectively, the above- <br /> described real properties, Burnette and Oakley Groves, Inc, were annexed by the City and <br /> incorporated within the municipal boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real property described in <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part thereof; and <br /> Record and Return to: <br /> City Clerk's Office `5' <br /> 5335 8th Street <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 '� <br />
