ORDINANCE NO.: 747-o o <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A <br /> MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 9 SECTION 9010 (GENERAL <br /> PROVISIONS) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT <br /> CODE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AND . <br /> BEPROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. . <br /> BE 11'ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting <br /> in regular meeting that: <br /> Section 1: That Chapter 9, Stormwater Management, Section 9010 General I T, F.: �, <br /> Provisions of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby amended and shall 117'. rt <br /> henceforth read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER 9 Stormwater Management: <br /> SECTION 9010. General Provisions: .70 <br /> In addition to meeting the requirements of this section, the design and performance . <br /> of all stormwater management systems shall comply with applicable state regulation Chapter <br /> 17-25 Florida Administrative Code (FAC), requirements of the Southwest Florida Water = <br /> Management District (SWFWMD) Chapter 40D-4, and 40D-40, FAC. <br /> All construction activities shall comply with the Storm Water Management <br /> Standards of Chapter 62-25 Florida Administrative Code(FAC), Environmental Resource <br /> Permitting requirements of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) <br /> Chapter 40D-4; 40D-40; and 40D-400, FAC, and with local environmental codes. <br /> Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, <br /> sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or <br /> ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the <br /> Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have : <br /> passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or <br /> portions. <br /> Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage. ;s 4 <br /> The foregoing Ordinance No.70-OO was read and passed on its first reading by the <br /> City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this o2'1 day of (_,a u: .) , <br /> A.D., 2000. <br /> t ©c..--2E P11 ?�� <br /> � 'i LIZ;':ETH A.
