N/ ORDINANCE NO.: 748-00 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,. A; . MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING =_ CHAPTER 9 SECTION 9040 (STORMWATER =- MANAGEMENT PLAN) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN _= EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular meeting that: Section 1: That Chapter 9, Stormwater Management, Section 9040 (20) Stormwater Management Plan of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby created r incorporated and shall henceforth read as follows: 4• t. CHAPTER 9 Stormwater Management: y' SECTION 9040 (20). Stormwater Management Plan: 20. A copy of the approved Southwest Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit, or proof of exemption, shall accompany all plan submittals. Building permit applications for construction activities which disturb more than five (5) acres must be accompanied by a copy of the Notice of Intent to Discharge under the T: general construction permit requirements-of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination . System Program (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency). Applicants shall be informed that a copy of the storm water pollution prevention plan must be maintained on site until completion of construction. Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or portions.
