Rcpt: 416197 Rec: 10.50 OS: 0.00 IT: 0.00 05/25/00 opt;, C1i_rk WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills adopted a budget for the fiscal year 1999-2000 for the municipality for the City of Zephyrhills on September 13, 1999, by Ordinance No.: 731, in the amount of Twenty Two Million Two Hundred and Four Thousand One Hundred and Sixty-One Dollars and no cents ($22,204,161.00) for the 1999-2009 budget year; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted amendments to the budget for the fiscal year 1999-2000 for the municipality for the City of Zephyrhills with the amended budget totalling Twenty Three Million Fifteen Thousand Nme Hundred Sixty-six Dollars and no cents ($23,015,966.00); WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has scheduled a Public Hearing and timely advertised, according to law, a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose of receiving input from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoption of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing arid considered all comments. ...OW, THEREFORE,ORE n' a?'/l�T A.7TJr>\by the Cjit y Council _of-the- Cit ^.r -.:.i. 1-:11 11"✓vi, aaaaii A . This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and signing by the Mayor.
