ORDINANCE NO.: 753-00 '!'` ,. r AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF - THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING ' { CHAPTER 6 OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT `- CODE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,• ' FLORIDA BY ENACTING SECTION 6513 GENERAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR AP-2 (AIRPORT RELATED ZONING DISTRICT). w`-< BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular meeting that: Section 1: That Chapter 6,Land Use Regulations (Zoning), Section 6513, General Development Standards for AP-2(Airport Related Zoning District) of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby created incorporated and shall henceforth read as follows: CHAPTER 6 Land Use Regulations (Zoning): SECTION 6513. General Development Standards for AP-2 (Airport Related Zoning District): Said General Development Standards for AP-2 (Airport Related Zoning District) are attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit "A", and are incorporated hereto. Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to beunconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or portions. Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
