<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> • OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH

<br /> WHEREAS, CHATELAINE, INC., is the present owners in fee of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said CHATELAINE,INC., has applied for rezoning of said parcel from,County
<br /> C2 (General Commercial) to City C2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owners' application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Tract 17 and 32 in Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY
<br /> COMPANY LANDS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida. TOGETHER with the East 125 feet of Tracts 18 and 31, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY
<br /> COMPANY LANDS in Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida. Parcel No.: 34-25-21-0010-01700-0000
<br /> be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth; said property's_zoning designation shall be City
<br /> C-2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk .
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. '.S‘ "00 was read and passed on its first reading in open
