Chatelaine, Inc. parcel contains approximately 8.37 acres and is located immediately South of the Oakley Propertproperty, of the Burnette site and East of the Gall property. Proposed City 'A;:k, Future Land Use: Mixed Use. I Wz WHEREAS,the City also is amending all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to include, show, ; 1 v and depict said annexed property; providing that all goals, objections, policies, and other planning I provisions applicable to properties in the Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be applicable to the annexed property; providing that invalidity of said portion shall not affect the remaining portions of °in this Ordinance; and providing for an effective date, and � FriT WHEREAS,by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances No.: 755-0the above-referenced real property I, was annexed by the City and incorporated within the municipal boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real property being more particularly described as follows: - Tract 17 and 32 in Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER with the East 125 feet of Tracts 18 and 31, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Parcel No.: 34-25-21-0010-01700-0000 WHEREAS,the Zephyrhills City Council has requested the Zephyrhills Planning Commission, as the local planning agency of the City, to recommend inclusion of this property the City's Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, based on the recommendation of the Planning Commission to the Zephyrhills City Council, said Council has prepared a small scale ameudMent to the City's Comprehensive Plan and is hereby transmitting it to the Department of Community Affairs and such other agencies as required by Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes; and WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills desires to thereby formally adopt the small scale amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan.
