<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted a tentative budget in the
<br /> amount of Twenty Two Million Two Hundred One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy One Dollars 2C

<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has scheduled a Public Hearing and , ,,E-
<br /> timely advertised, according to law, a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose of receiving Ul: z
<br /> c"75.
<br /> input from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the
<br /> adoption of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing and Mc
<br /> considered all comments. .`• ,-'
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, i x
<br /> Florida, sitting in regular session, that:
<br /> 1. The proposed budget for the fiscal year 2000-2001 for the municipality for the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills be adopted in the amount of Twenty Two Million Two Hundred One Thousand Two
<br /> Hundred and Seventy One Dollars and no cents ($22,201,271.00).
<br /> 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and signing by the Mayor.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. /o I-0 0 was read and passed on its first reading in open
<br /> and regular meeting by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this // day of
