SECTION 2: All goals, objectives, policies and other planning provisions applicable to properties within the City of Zephyrhills as shown and set forth in the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Zephyrhills are hereby expressly made applicable and pertinent to the property described on Exhibit ',Au SECTION3: The above small scale amendment shall be forwarded to the State of Florida, Department of Community Affairs for their appropriate review and comment. SECTION 4: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section,-sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or portions. SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
