<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1.

<br /> WHEREAS,PETER MASTROBUONO,is the present owner in:fee-of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and - c

<br /> WHEREAS, said PETER MASTROBUONO, has applied for rezoning of said parcel from o
<br /> County R1 (Rural Density Residential) to City R4 (Multi-Family Residential).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> The West 36.00 feet of Tract 67, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, located in Section
<br /> 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the
<br /> Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS and EXCEPT the North 208.69 feet thereof AND
<br /> Tract 78; ZRPHYRHII r S COLONY COMPANY LANDS, located in Section 3, Township.26 South,
<br /> Range 21 East, as shown on the Plat-recorded in Plat Book.1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida. LESS and EXCEPT the North 87.48 feet of the East 207.43 feet thereof and LESS
<br /> and EXCEPT the following: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Tract 78; thence S. 89 °40'
<br /> 42"E., along the North boundary thereof a distance of 36.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence
<br /> S. 00°16'33"W,parallel with the West boundary of said Tract.78, a distance of 28.32 feet; thence
<br /> S. 89°41'31"E., a distance of 135.00 feet; thence N 00 °16'33"E., a distance of 28.28 feet to a
<br /> point on the North boundary of said Tract 78; thence N 89 °40'42" W, a distance.of 135.00 feet
<br /> to the Point of Beginning. Said lands containing 4.52 acres more or

<br /> be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City
<br /> C-2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
