<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting
<br /> in regular meeting that:
<br /> Section 1: That Chapter 4, Design Standards and Development Criteria, Section
<br /> . 4410. General Standards of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby deleted.
<br /> Section j:" The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section,
<br /> sentence, clause, or phrase is•for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or
<br /> ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
<br /> Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have
<br /> passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or
<br /> portions.
<br /> 5,.,, Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
