<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LANDS AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE

<br /> WHEREAS,WILLIAM F.NYE and ANDREA NYE,his wife,are the present owners of
<br /> the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said WILLIAM F.NYE and ANDREA NYE, his wife, have requested and
<br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1,and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by lie City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION I: That the following described lands, lying and being situate ii,pasco County,

<br /> Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 10, LITTLE ACRES SUBDIVISION in Section 3,
<br /> Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 5,page 132, Public Records of
<br /> Paseo t'onniy,Plorida and run irest:is.3 feet w a point on the Easterly right-qp way line of the
<br /> abandoned S.A.L.Railroad; Thence South 24 degrees 56'45"East along said right-of-way line
<br /> 418.00 feet to the North boundary of Tract 96,ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS,
<br /> as recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida,for a Point of
<br /> Beginning; Thence run South 89 degrees 17'28"East along the North boundary of said Tract,
<br /> 17.32 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line. of U.S. Hwy., 301; Thence South 24 degrees 45'15"
<br /> West along said right-of-way line 182.00 feet to the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way line
<br /> of Fort King Highway; Thence North 24 degrees 50' 15" West alosaj said rlgii't-.of-way line,

<br /> be,and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation. -SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3_ That the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been given authority by the
<br /> legislature of the State of Florida,pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or
<br /> territorial boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area
<br /> to be annexed, together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said .
